Nina is an art director, multidisciplinary visual & UI designer, and illustrator now based in Freiburg (Germany). After studying Design and Communication in Hamburg, she moved to NYC in 1997. In her 11 years there, she had the opportunity to work with some of the finest agencies and clients in the industry. As an art director, she was collaborating on numerous award-winning international campaigns and products, on- and offline. In 2009, she returned to Hamburg and recently moved back to her hometown Freiburg, where she was and is working for different clients, studios and agencies around the globe.

She loves typography and minimal, clean, pixel-perfect designs. Over the years, she has gained rich experience in responsive web design and app development. Her passion lies in logo & CI design and the creative process of crafting and bringing to life visions, ideas and concepts.

She is the founder of Erdenkind, a label for sustainable Yoga fashion and fair trade products. When she’s not designing, you can find her on her Yoga mat. She’s been teaching Yoga since 2005 and is a Yoga Alliance 500-hour certified teacher.
